jPDFWeb: You can use our Java library jPDFWeb on your server but you will have to do some programming to integrate it and serve PDF documents to any browser on any platform, including IOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux, etc…. PDFs can only be rendered. Try our live demo.
qPDFToolkit: Qoppa’s Android toolkit contains both a simple QPDFViewerView that can display PDF documents on the client-side. There is no connection to any server needed, everything happens on the Android device. PDF documents are not converted to a different format but rendered directly using all the PDF drawing commands.
