Q: After setting the license key, the library is still running in demo mode, adding a watermark on each page.
A: This can happen for the following reasons:
Incorrect/Invalid product
Your console shows the following

INFO: License Holder: tsan sam testing
INFO: Qoppa Software, LLC - jOfficeConvert v2021R1 - Product not present.
WARNING: No valid products in license file.
This error displays when you’re using qlicense.xml from another product
License file is not found
You might see this error message “The system cannot find the file specified” when qlicense.xml is not found. You will need to check the license file path.
License file name is not correct
If you’re including the license file in your jar, make sure license file name is “qlicense.xml”, this is a hard-coded resource name.
The license key is not set properly
The key was not set properly or you are making a call to the library before setting the key. Read this article about how to set the license key.
The license key is not recognized
- The library version is incompatible with the key. You may have downloaded the newer version of the library jar but the key is for an older version.
- The machine information (host name, number of CPUs) does not match the license key. You may have updated your server or changed hostname. Contact keys@qoppa.com.
In order for us to help, we will need you to retreive your server / host information and send it to us.
